Assignment 2
I have only one sibling, and he is six years my senior. Although the differences in our personalities are vast, there is no doubt when standing side-by-side that we are related. We both favor the Native American features of my father, sharing the same shade of almost jet black hair and dark brown eyes. Our physical fitness levels and body size are quite different, and he is about a foot taller than me. However, that didn't stop his friends from referring to me as a miniature version of him, minus a mustache and the obvious gender differences. On the other hand, when it comes to personality we are nothing alike. I am very shy and introverted, and my brother could talk to a tree if it would stay there long enough. He can make a friend out of almost anyone, and is always the life of the party. I have always surrounded myself with a few close friends, and never attempt to go out of my comfort zone to meet new people. The only personality trait we have in common is that we share a passion for music and literature. I believe the differences in our personalities came from how we were raised. He was a young boy growing up in 1981, able to explore his curiosity with no inhibitions, while i was a vulnerable girl born extremely close to the 90's who had to be constantly monitored. All factors taken into consideration, i do not blame my parents for influencing my introverted personality, because like my brother, i still am a pretty interesting person to be around...once I break out of my shell.

It was so interesting to read the differences and similarities between you and your brother. Many of them are the same as mine with my brother, minus the fact that my brother and I look nothing alike.
I found the differences between you and your brother quite interesting. I am the oldest child in my family and an extreme extrovert. My brother is only a year and a half younger than I am. He is also very extroverted. However, my sister (nine years younger than me) is introverted. It makes me wonder if having a sibling of close age could influence personality, and whether or not my brother would be more extroverted if he hadn't grown up alongside myself.
